Booking a free trial class
You do not need to contact us first. Every subject page has a short form — the subject, where your child is up to, and a number to reach you on — and we come back the same day to agree a time.

When we reply
The same day, in practice within a few hours. Our teaching runs across time zones from the United Kingdom to Australia, so a message sent overnight is usually answered by the time you are up.

Both go to the same address. If you want the details you gave us removed, say so and we remove them — what we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
