Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what the trial booking form asks for: the name you give, your email address, your WhatsApp number, the course you are interested in and the child’s grade. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is stored.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, we hold that conversation in the same way any business holds its correspondence.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and arrange the free trial class. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them to build advertising audiences.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become enrolments are deleted within twelve months. If your child enrols, we keep the contact details for as long as they are a student, and for twelve months afterwards.

Cookies

Nothing is stored until you choose. When you first arrive, the banner asks whether we may measure your visit, and until you answer, analytics and advertising storage are switched off — this is Google Consent Mode, set to denied before any tag loads.

If you accept, we load Google Analytics and Google Ads through Google Tag Manager, and they set cookies in your browser:

• _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics. Tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and which ones they leave from. Kept up to two years.
• _gcl_* — Google Ads. Records that a visit came from one of our adverts, so we know which ones are worth paying for. Kept up to ninety days.

If you reject, none of those are set. Google’s tags still count the visit in a form that carries no identifier and cannot be tied back to you or to a device.

Two things are kept regardless, because the site cannot work without them and neither leaves your device: a half-filled trial form, so a refresh does not lose what you typed, and your answer to this cookie question, so you are not asked on every page. Both are cleared with your browser’s site data.

To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will ask again.

Children

Our classes are for children, but our booking form is for parents and guardians. We ask that a parent or guardian submits it. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email livelearnershub@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
