Live Learners Hub is a trading name of Live Learners Hub LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States under filing ID 2026-001978087, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Booking a class means agreeing to what is on this page.

The free trial

Every family starts with a free trial class. No card is asked for and there is nothing to cancel if you decide not to go on. Quran and Urdu are given 1 to 2 free trial classes, because a teacher cannot place a child and hear them read in a single sitting; Maths and English have one.

The trial is one per child, not one per week. If you would like to try a second subject, that subject has its own trial.

Fees

Plans are monthly and the price is published on each subject page, in your own currency. Nothing is charged before the trial class has happened and you have said you want to go ahead.

Fees are paid in advance for the month. A price change is told to you before it applies and never applies to a month already paid.

Lessons, and missing one

Classes run at a weekly time agreed with you, with the same teacher each week. If your child cannot make a lesson, tell us beforehand and we reschedule it within the same month where the teacher’s timetable allows.

A lesson missed without telling us is counted as taught. If we cancel a lesson — a teacher is ill, or the internet fails at our end — it is rescheduled or credited, whichever you prefer.

Changing teacher

If the match is not right, tell us and we change the teacher at no cost. You do not have to give a reason. Personality fit matters more at this age than any qualification, and nobody is charged for saying so.

Cancelling

There is no contract and no notice period. Tell us before the next month begins and nothing further is taken. Lessons already paid for in the current month remain yours to use.

Refunds

A month that has not started is refunded in full. Part of a month is refunded for the lessons not yet taught, at the per-lesson rate of the plan you are on.

Lessons already taught are not refunded, except where we got something wrong — a teacher who did not arrive, or a class that could not run because of us.

We do not currently run a money-back guarantee beyond this. The free trial is there so that nobody has to pay to find out whether the teaching suits their child.

Refunds go back the way the payment came, usually within five working days of being agreed.

What we expect

A quiet place for the lesson, a working connection, and a child ready at the agreed time. Parents are welcome in any lesson, at any time, without arranging it first.

Lessons are one-to-one and for the child they were booked for. Recording a class, or sharing the joining link outside the family, is not allowed — the teacher and other children have a right to that too.
